The file for Staff Person #2 hired 12/16/2021 contains a PSP clearance dated 12/20/202 and proof the DHS required FBI clearance was submitted on 1/11/2022. Although the LE has an approved waiver on file effective 12/30/2019 the requirement to have either the completed PSP or DHS required FBI clearance on file prior to the staff person's start date was not met.
