The Toddler Playground had a shed with a cracked, jagged piece of plywood, which posed a potential scratch hazard. The shed in the Pre-K Playground had cracked siding which also posed a potential scratch hazard. Also, at one corner of the shed, there was an approximately 3.5 inch deep drop off in the grass. This created a potential tripping hazard. Additionally, the Preschool Playground had a Sound Play xylophone with three cracked plastic attachments. In this same playground, there was a cracked clear plastic container and a beach ball with torn fabric.
