Approximately ten minutes later, Child #2 walked over to Child #1 and the children began interacting. When Staff person #1 noticed, they were then observed to walk over to the children, bend over top of Child #2, grab their right bicep, and yank them away from Child #1. When Staff #1 moved Child #2 away from Child #1, Child #2's knees dragged on the carpet prior to getting onto their feet. Staff person #1 then walks Child #2 across the room while holding their right bicep up and arm above their head. Staff person #1 was then observed forcefully sitting Child #2 down by the arm onto the floor.
