During the course of the unannounced complaint investigation the inspector learned that staff #1 did engage in threatening behaviors directed at the children in the classroom. Also, staff #1 did act aggressively in the presence of children by throwing objects, slamming chairs, yelling at children, threatening to quit her position, and having emotional outbursts that made the children and staff alike uncomfortable and fearful.

A renewal inspection occurred at the facility. A physical site review was conducted. Cleaning solutions were found accessible to children in the older toddler section. The cleaning solutions were found in a basket on the bottom shelf of a storage unit. These solutions included Lysol, sanitizing wipes and sanitizing spray. Hand sanitizer was found in a child's backpack in the preschool room. These solutions contained wording that stated to keep out of reach of children.
