At the time of the inspection the fence around the perimeter of the large muscle play space had two hazardous areas, one was a broken part of the fence with exposed nails, this was located on the furthest end of the space from the facility. Near the tree line the center of the play space was an area of fence that did not reach the ground and left an area large enough for children to pass through.
