    During a complaint investigation on 10/6/21, it was reported by staff members 2 and 4 that they knew of children being mistreated in this center since August, 2021. Staff #2 acknowledged that they did not call ChildLine. Staff Person #5 was witnessed by staff taking a child off of a changing table by the wrists, then pushed her against a window and said, "I am fucking tired of this." In another incident, staff person witnessed Staff Person #5 slam a young child into her chair to eat her lunch.
