During the renewal inspection on 8/17/2022 the operator did not produce a comprehensive emergency plan with proof that a comprehensive emergency plan had been submitted to the local municipality.

Facility Person #1 may not work in a child care position at the facility until a current child abuse clearance is obtained.

During the record review portion of the renewal inspection the file for staff person number 1 contained a child abuse clearance that was more than 5 years old.

The operator shall provide the parent of each child enrolled in the facility with information on how to access the regulations in this chapter electronically and with instructions for contacting the appropriate regional child care office.

During the renewal inspection on 8;17/2022 a copy of the facility's current certificate of compliance was not posted in an area frequented by parents. The Family Child Care Regulations and the phone number on how to contact the regional child care office was also not posted.
