    3270.113(b)/3270.113(c) · A facility person may not use any form of physical punishment, including spanking a child. A facility person may not single out the child for ridicule, threaten harm to the child or the child's family and may not specifically aim to degrade the child or the child's family.

    During the complaint investigation the certification representative was made aware that staff #1 inappropriately handled a diaper when caring for children. Staff #1 proceeded to pick up the child by one arm and one leg, the child was dangling in the air. Staff #1 began to violently shake the child in the air by the child's arm.
