The facility's fire alarm test log identified that alarm tests exceeded 30 days between alarm tests from 1/2/24 to 2/2/24, 3/2/24 to 4/2/24, 5/2/24 to 6/2/24, 7/2/24 to 8/2/24 and 8/2/24 to 9/2/24.

3290.69 · Hot water pipes and other sources of heat exceeding 110° F that are accessible to children shall be equipped with protective guards or shall be insulated to prevent direct contact.

Observed in the kitchen a stove with knobs on the front. The children must walk through the kitchen to wash hands in the bathroom. The children have access to the knobs and a potential heat source above 110 degrees.
