Observed 3/20/2025 in Classroom 3 Preschool Classroom the toilet cap in the bathroom was dislodged from the floor and the toilet. In classroom 4 Toddler B the sink was leaking water underneath where children handwash after toileting In the PreK 2 classroom the wall was damaged near the children's table and classroom space. In the basement for school age the bathroom tile was damaged where it was not in good repair and free from visible hazards.
