During the Renewal Inspection 1-27-25, in room 216 upstairs, near the Art sinks there is a gap in the flooring approximately 3.5 feet long by 1.5 inches wide. There was noticeable dirt/debris and food remnants collected in the gap creating an unclean condition.

During Renewal Inspection 1-24-23, there was ice buildup on the stairs and decking surfaces of the 2 deck areas of the ground floor. This area is used as an emergency exit, and this was told to the Director. The Director contacted OPP immediately.

During Renewal Inspection 1-23-23, outlets in the hallway were observed to be uncovered in the downstairs foyer near the stairwell, and upstairs 1-27-23 at the bulletin board Near Natures Garden. These were brought to the attention of the Director.
