A renewal inspection was conducted on 1/22/26. Cert rep observed the lower-level activities classroom and upper-level activities classroom to be over capacity and this was not indicated on the facility's schedule of daily activities for a 30-minute special activity. The lower-level activities classroom had 13 children and the capacity of the classroom is 8 children. The upper-level activities classroom had 5 children and the capacity of the classroom is 3 children.
