While on the stairs proceeding to outside play area Staff # 2 moved forward to assist another child, this left child #1 behind staff # 2 and the child proceeded to go up the stairs to the Public-School part of the building. At 11:05 child was found by a Public -School teacher who then took him downstairs and turned him over to a facility staff.
