Cert Rep then called the facility phone at 11:24 am, the call went to voicemail and then called the owner's cell phone at 11:26 am, the call went to voicemail. After ringing the doorbell a third time, Cert Rep walked around the building to the exit door of the older toddler/preschool classroom to see if there was anyone in the building. While walking up the sidewalk, Cert Rep could hear the children in the building. Prior to knocking on the door, the door was opened by staff person #2 and the Cert Rep entered the facility at 11:30 am.
