On 12-4-2025 during a Renewal inspection, the curtains in room 1 were dirty. Wooden toy shelves with bins near the carpet area were dirty and the border on the wall across from the entrance of room 2 was peeling. The trash can in the corner by the refrigerator in room 4 was dirty, the outlet on the mirror wall had sharp corners, and the rug by the toy kitchen was a tripping hazard. Ceiling tiles of the facility on the level of the turf gym were stained. Children had access to weights in the Turf play space. Padding on rails of the basketball court gym were ripped with stuffing coming out.
