3270.113(a) · Children on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the premises shall be supervised by a staff person at all times. Outdoor play space used by the facility is considered part of the facility premises.
On 2/11/22, two children were observed to walk to the restroom down the hall from the child care space and were out of sight of both staff person #1 and #2, the only staff persons present at the time of inspection, while the children were in the hallway. The children returned to the classroom where staff were able to properly supervise the children.
