    At the time of renewal inspection observed a rust on the metal stall divider next to the sink in Room 4 bathroom. Observed rust on the top of the red metal cabinet in Room 6&7. At the time of inspection observed wooden fence that was broken and had rotten wood. The top of the table on the outdoor play space had part of the sharp wood with splinters that was slightly raised above and was a visible hazard.
