Staff persons #1 and #2 must do one of the following: provide documentation that the trainer has become PQAS-certified or at least is on the waiting list, request the instructor provide documentation, such as Pediatric First-Aid/CPR Instructor Card from the PQAS-approved organization or the approved curriculum organization, that the instructor is approved to offer Pediatric First-Aid/CPR training on behalf of their organization, or receive pediatric first-aid/CPR training in an approved curriculum by a PQAS-certified trainer.
