SECOND CITATION; PREVIOUSLY CITED ON 4/17/26: At approximately 10:55 AM, Facility Persons #1 and #2 were supervising 23 young schoolagers. Prior to leaving the facility on an excursion, while walking through an office area, they were asked to identify the children they were each supervising. Facility Person #1 identified 10 children, and then Facility Person #2 identified 12 other children. One child was not claimed by either staff person. When asked again, each repeated the same assignments. It was determined by staff that child #1 was not claimed by either staff person.
