After being prompted by the certification representative Staff Person #1 returned to the older infant room to be physically present with Child #1. When interviewed, Staff Person #2 estimated that Staff Person #1 had been in the large room with them for approximately 15 minutes, leaving Child #1 alone in the older infant room sleeping in a crib.
