It was observed on 12/7/2023 Staff Person #2 left the facility at 4:30pm leaving Staff Person #1 as the only facility person present in the facility with four (4) children in care. The remaining children left the facility at 4:41pm (1:3), 4:58pm (1:2) and 5:06pm (1:1) and 5:20pm (1:0). The facility was back in compliance at 5:06pm when Staff Person #1 was providing care for one (1) child in the facility.
