The operator shall document in writing each review and update of the emergency plan and kept on file at the facility. The operator shall send a copy of the emergency plan and subsequent plan updates to the local municipality and to the county emergency management agency.
While at the facility unannounced on 9/10/21 the inspector observed that the emergency plan had not been updated for the current year. Further the operator did not have proof of having had sent a copy of the emergency plan and subsequent plan updates to the local municipality and to the county emergency management agency

Staff #6 Last had a mandated reporter training on 5/27/15 and not again until 6/26/20.
