The operator shall document the date of each training and the names of all facility persons who received the training and kept on file at the facility. A staff person shall obtain an annual minimum of 12 clock hours of child care training.
During the annual renewal inspection on 3/21/2024 , staff 1 last had emergency plan training on 2/15/2023. It was also observed that staff 1 had 7 1/2 hours of annual training, instead of 12 hours of annual training.
