It was also found that staff 1 did say she words to child 1 by saying things such as he/she "doesn't get why child 1 acts like this." Staff 1 did admit to yelling at child 1. It was also found through various interviews during the investigation that staff 1 did yell at child 2, as well as other children at the facility on a consistent basis.
