The legal entity must receive DHS approval of the training content prior to scheduling the training.

    On March 7, 2026 during the complaint investigation, it was determined that Staff #1, who is also the parent, left Child #1 in the hallway and walked in a classroom, when they returned Child #1 was not there, Child #1 left building and was found walking down the street.
