During the renewal inspection, certification representative observed no protective surface covering that meets the recommendations of the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. The facility had embedded equipment in their play space which was embedded in mulch. The equipment was not mounted over enough mulch to meet the requirements of the USCPSC, the mulch was less than 6 inches in depth.
