During the renewal inspection on 10/3/24 in classroom #7 both staff exited the classroom into the hallway with 8 children. Once in the hallway the staff realized that 1 child was missing. After several minutes of searching the child was located in Room #7 hiding in a bookshelf. While other staff were in the classroom during this time, the staff assigned to supervision for this child were unaware of the child's whereabouts.
