The policy must be revised to include the correct age of a toddler. The policy must be created after staff person #1 completes the Better Kid Care training entitled "Supervision: What's Required". The legal entity must receive approval of the policy from the Regional Office. Once approved by the Regional Office, the legal entity must review policy with all staff and have staff sign off that the understand and will follow the supervision policy. The operator shall provide a correction date for when the policy will be reviewed with all staff.

An unannounced monitoring was conducted on 11/13/2025. At that time, staff person #1 left their group unsupervised in the preschool room while they answered the front door, which is across the facility.
