During a Complaint investigation on 2/19/26 it was verified that on 2/9/26 Staff Person 1 grabbed Child 1 and forcefully sat them down because Child 1 was not listening. It was reported the force was hard enough there was concerns the child could have been injured by the action. Complaint investigation on 2/19/26 also verified that Staff Person 1 grabbed Child 2 by the arm, lifted them off the ground and walked them to the other side of the room, because Child 2 was taking their shoes off.
