Daily activities on the posted schedule as required per 3270.111a were not being followed. Children were watching TV and/or playing games on devices from at least 7:05 am (certification's time of arrival for inspection) until it was time to depart for the bus at approximately 8:15. Upon returning to the room, the kindergartners began watching TV again.
