There was a pink spray bottle in Room # 600 and a white spray bottle in Room #603 that contained ammonia and water that were not labeled with their contents.

Shaving Cream labeled "keep out of reach of children" was located in the cupboard in Room #600. When Cert. Rep asked staff what the shaving cream was used for the reply was for a "sensory bin for the children."
