A screw, that was about ankle height, was observed to be protruding from a wooden kitchen table in the East Wing Playground. A staple, that was about hip height, was observed to be protruding from a wooden playhouse in the East Wing Playground. Both the screw and staple had pointed edges and posed a safety hazard.
