Some of the children identified by staff person #8 and #9 were on the opposite side of the playground equipment and neither staff person could see, hear, direct and assess those children from the bench. Staff person #7, #8 and #9 did get up and walked around to identify their children, but then all three staff went back and sat on the bench until they were asked to get off the bench so that children could be properly supervised. Staff person #12 was in the playground by this time, but was not responsible for any children. Previously cited on 7/6/23.

At approximately 8:45 am, staff persons #1 and #2 were standing outside of the building as parents were dropping off children. Upon entering the multi-purpose room, staff person #3, #4 and #5 were present with 26 children, a combined group of 20 young school-ager and 6 older school-age children. Staff person #3 identified 12 children, staff person #4 identified 10 children and staff person #5 identified 3 children, leaving one child not identified in anyone's group.
