In the restroom cabinet, under the white diaper changing table, the latch was broken, and the cabinet contained the following items which stated, "Keep out of reach of children," and were accessible to children in care: Ajax with Bleach (28 oz), Boulder Clean (28 oz), Enviro Cleanse (1 qt), Clorox Clean-Up (1 gal), 2 Lysol Power Toilet Bowl Cleaners (8 oz each). Boulder Clean (28 oz) which stated, "Keep out of reach of children," was accessible to children in care, and was located on the diaper changing table in the restroom.
