It was observed in the younger preschool playground, that rocks on the Step 2 climbing wall were cracked along the tops and the Step 2 bridge was cracked exposing the children to pinch points. In the fenced in playground, it was observed that the oven door on the play kitchen was broken off, having sharp edges exposed. The Little Tikes picnic table had holes on each corner on the benches and was cracked along the bench edges, causing it to have pinch points.
