In the kitchen cleaning products labeled "Keep Away/Out of Reach of Children" were observed to be stored in an unlocked cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. A lock was observed on the cabinet door however at time of inspection the lock was not in use allowing the toxics to be accessible to children in care.
