In the entranceway there was a loose baseboard that was coming off of the wall creating a pinching hazard. There were two missing ceiling tiles observed in the front classroom. In the Infant Classroom there was a bulletin board that was leaning against a wall creating a toppling hazard for the children in care. The doorknob on the door leading from the Infant Classroom to the kitchen was not secured in the door and created a pinching hazard. In the Outdoor Play space, the plastic fencing along the dumpster area and the two air conditioners were bunched up and created a tripping/tangling hazard to the children in care. In the Outdoor PlaySpace there was a rusty curtain rod that had fallen to the ground and was accessible to the children. There were various pieces of trash that created tripping hazards in the Outdoor PlaySpace. There was a nail sticking up from the floor in the children's restroom that created a cutting hazard for the children in care.
