During an unannounced complaint investigation conducted on 9/30/21, two staff were observed to not be wearing masks. When the operator was asked why, she only indicated that "we normally wear masks." Upon further investigation, masks were observed to be in the office and not readily accessible to the children or staff in the child care spaces.
