At approximately 2:15pm in the Pre-Kindergarten Room, during naptime, the following mats were observed to not have at least 2ft of space on 3 sides while in use: in the front right of the room three toddlers were observed sleeping on mats that were placed approximately 1 foot 3 inches from each other and two of those mats were approximately 6 inches from a couch and the other mat was approximately 5 inches from a shelving unit. Another mat, used by a sleeping toddler was observed placed approximately 1 foot 3 inches from those three other mats in use. In the back left area of the room, 4 toddlers were observed sleeping on mats that were placed approximately 1 foot 3 inches to 1 foot 7 inches from each other on two sides and approximately 2 inches to 5 inches away from a shelving unit.
