The employee could not name any of the children and acknowledged that they were not responsible for the supervision of the children but rather had stepped in while Staff Person #2 greeted CR at the door. (SEE LIS CODE SHEET) On 3/18/2026 at 10:16am, while supervision and ratio was conducted in a preschool room, Staff Person #3 struggled to identify their group, despite having tools to assist with the identification of the group. After being given two opportunities to name and identify the children in their care, Staff Person #4 called all of their children to stand with them, leaving Staff Person #3's group easily identifiable. It was at that time that Staff Person #3 was able to identify and name their children, acknowledging that they had not been aware that one of the children was in their group on that day.
