The following areas were observed in the basement childcare space: Two ceiling tiles that were hanging from the ceiling, cracked lattice around water tank and cracked piece of paneling on the back wall causing pinch points, a portable air conditioner on the table with sharp corners. In the childcare space it was observed that the portable sink was not in working order.
