At approximately 2:10 p.m., Staff Person #1 left the Gross Motor Room and went up one flight of stairs to unlock the back porch door for Staff Person #2, who had locked themselves out of the building. Staff Person #1 then returned to the Gross Motor Room. As a result, the 4 children were left alone and unsupervised for a short period of time.
