In the bathroom off the toddler classroom, a box of Clorox toilet wand refills labeled "keep out of the reach of children" were accessible in the unlocked cabinet below the sink. The door to the office, which is off the toddler room, was open and 3 Sure Sense air fresheners, labeled "keep out of the reach of children" were in the office stored at a level accessible to children. Off of the preschool classroom, the lock to the right cabinet under the sink in the kitchen was broken allowing Clorox Scentiva, Clorox Cleaner and Bleach and Members Mark Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner all labeled "keep out of the reach of children" accessible to children due to the gate to the kitchen not being locked. Lysol disinfecting wipes, labeled "keep out of the reach of children" were accessible to children in an unlocked storage room door in the preschool classroom.
