Staff Person #2 identified being responsible for 7 children. Staff Person #3 identified being responsible for 9 children. This left one child unaccounted for in their group assignments. At approximately 10:18am in classroom 305 Staff Persons #4, #5 and #6 were observed to be caring for 9 young toddlers. Staff Person #4 identified caring for 3 children, Staff Person #5 identified caring for 4 children, Staff Person #6 reported that they would "have the ones that were not named" but was unable to identify who those children would be.
