3270.69(a) · A facility shall provide running water and a safe and adequate supply of drinking water that complies with the standards established under the Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water Act (35 P.S. §§721.1-721.17). TIERED LIS: 1. The legal entity must comply with the "do not drink order" until the order is lifted by the Department of Environmental Protection. This portion of the plan shall have an immediate correction date. 2. The operator shall submit an application to DEP and will work toward getting a letter from DEP to verify that they are in compliance with the SDWA. Once the provider receives the letter from DEP verifying compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, the operator will then be in compliance with this regulation. The operator shall provide a date for when this will be completed.
