During the renewal inspection, certification representative reviewed 5 staff files and the files for staff #1 did not include the results of FBI or NSOR clearances. There are proof of application for both but according to the Announcement C-25-01 provisional hires will need to have NSOR, Child Abuse, either State Police or FBI clearances, out-of-state clearances, if applicable, proof of application for all remaining clearances and a signed disclosure statement.
