In the Beach Babes room, there was an electrical outlet that was covered with tape and paint that was frayed and peeling. 4. In the Galaxy 2 room the carpet around the base of the yellow pole was frayed and in poor repair on all sides. 5. In the Galaxy 1 room, there were storage boxes and totes, and the room was not set up for childcare.
