During the renewal inspection, certification representative did a facility walk through and noticed an individual,who was later identified as the owners husband, was in the facility interacting with children and going in and out of rooms during naptime. Owner was asked if her husband had a file on site and he did not have a file or clearances. Certification representatives understanding is that the husband is in charge of maintenance and doesn't hold a position working with the children despite being allowed to interact with them.(HUSBAND left the facility during the renewal inspection)
