3270.76/3270.104(a) · Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces, including the facility's outdoor play space surfaces shall be kept clean, in good repair and free from visible hazards. Furniture must be durable, safe, easily cleaned and appropriate for the child's size, age and special needs.

At time of inspection, there were two cubbies that were not mounted in the front areas of childcare space and could pose as a hazard to children if not secured to wall or floor to prevent them from falling over.
