During the renewal inspection on 4/6/23 1. The top corner of the lower refrigerator door had excess dirt/grime on it in the Babyland 2 room.. 2. There was peeling tape on the changing station in the Pot of Gold room. 3. There was peeling and chipping paint on the white wall at the rear of the Gym/Inside play area. 4. There was a large brown parcel package and empty garbage bags on the floor of the Art Room. 5. In the Pre K Counts 1 room and the Pre-K Counts 2 room, there were multiple drop ceiling panels with water stains. Also in the Pre-K Counts 2 room there were drop ceiling light panels with excess dirt and debris. 6. In the Infant/Toddler outside play area, there was a play house with a peeling label, electrical tape, and excess bird feces on it.
